Admissions Online

Welcome to Desert Christian Schools, and thank you for considering DCS for your child's education. If you would like more information, please Request Informationand our Admissions Office will contact you. If you have not already done so, we invite you to schedule a campus tour. 

How to Apply:

Applying is easy using our Online Application. The online application provides parents a tool for tracking the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. A fee of $65 must be submitted with each application.

Create an Online Application:

To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You can then log in and out of your account and access your open application.

After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. 

Before applying please read the desired program information listed below.

2024/2025 DCS Kindergarten through High School On-Campus Program

Students enrolling for kindergarten must be five years of age by December 2, 2024.

Select one of the following applications:

  • Elementary K-5th Grade
  • Middle School 6-8th Grade
  • High School 9-12th Grade

You will pay the $65 application fee when submitting the online application and the $235 enrollment* when submitting the enrollment packet. 

Fees are non-refundable

  • $65 Online Application Fee (per student)
  • $235 Enrollment Fee (per student) or $470 per family maximum* (K-12 only)
  • $50 FACTS Family Account Fee (Annual, one per family across all programs) 

* Only the enrollment fee will be refunded if the student is not accepted.

Once all required documents are received, and the application and enrollment fees paid, the admissions file will be reviewed, and the application moved to the next step in the enrollment process.

Space in the program is only reserved for your family once you have paid the enrollment fee and completed the enrollment packet.

2023/2024 Enrollment 

For mid-year enrollment for elementary, middle, high school, and home education program, please contact the admissions office at admissions@desertchristian.com for instructions and assistance for completing a mid-year application.

2024/2025 DCS Home Education Program

Standard (Independent) Study or Cooperative Learning 

Select the following application:

  • Home Education PK-12th Grade

Choose your child's grade level in either the Standard Independent Study (HEP), Cooperative Learning (Co-op) or Fusion programs. For example, for Co-op 2nd grade, you will choose Co-op 02.

You will pay the $65 application fee when you submit the online application. The Enrollment fee will be due when you submit your enrollment packet.

Fees are non-refundable

  • $65 Online Application Fee (per student)
  • $65 HEP (Independent Study) Enrollment Fee (per student)*
  • $150 Co-op or Fusion Enrollment Fee (per student)
  • $50 FACTS Family Account Fee (Annual, one per family across all programs) 

* Only the enrollment fee will be refunded if the student is not accepted.

Once all required documents are received, and the application fees paid, the admissions file will be reviewed, and the application moved to the next step in the enrollment process.

Learning Tree Preschool (Main, Eastside, and West Palmdale) 

The 2024/2025 Preschool Term begins July 1, 2024. 

Please select one of the following applications if you want your child to start after April 30, 2024:

  • 2024/2025 Preschool Application Main Campus
  • 2024/2025 Preschool Application Eastside Campus
  • 2024/2025 Preschool Application West Palmdale

(If you would like your child to start before April 30, 2024, please see the mid-year enrollment information below.)

You will pay the $65 application fee when you submit the online application. The Enrollment fee will be due when you submit your enrollment packet.

Fees are non-refundable:

  • $65 Online Application Fee (per student)
  • $110 Enrollment Fee (per student)* 
  • $50 FACTS Family Account Fee (Annual, one per family across all programs) 

*The enrollment fee is refundable only if a student is not accepted into the preschool.

Learning Tree Preschool Mid-year enrollment:
If you would like to enroll your child in Learning Tree Preschool for the current 2023/2024 term with a start date before April 30, 2024, please Create An Account, follow the instructions, and select one of the following applications in the 2023/2024 term:

  • 2023/2024 Preschool Application Main Campus
  • 2023/2024 Preschool Application Eastside Campus
  • 2023/2024 Preschool Application West Palmdale
